EMA EM-1 600 is a high-performance superplasticizing concrete admixture developed to provide excellent flowability and reliable performance under demanding casting conditions. It improves concrete workability while supporting strength development, efficient application, and consistently high production quality.

EMA EM-1 600 is a high-performance superplasticizing concrete admixture specially developed for challenging application conditions such as complex formwork systems, heavily reinforced structures, long transportation distances, and demanding casting operations. By significantly improving concrete flowability, it enables easier placement and supports maximum efficiency throughout production and application processes.

Thanks to its specially engineered formulation, EMA EM-1 600 promotes the effective dispersion of cement particles throughout the mixture. This improves concrete homogeneity, enhances cohesion, and helps reduce the risk of segregation and bleeding during transportation, pumping, placement, and compaction.

The improved flow characteristics allow concrete to move more easily through narrow sections, complex geometries, and areas containing dense reinforcement. This supports more complete formwork filling, better compaction, fewer voids, and more controlled casting results.

EMA EM-1 600 delivers superior performance in high-rise buildings, infrastructure projects, bridges, tunnels, precast concrete elements, industrial structures, and concrete applications involving congested reinforcement.
